Mel Gibson tops historically incorrect movies

Washington (ANI): Mel Gibson's Braveheart, Apocalypto and The Patriot are among the Most Historically Incorrect Movies Of All Time. Among others are 2001: A Space Odyssey, Elizabeth: The Golden Age, 300, Gladiator, reports Contactmusic. The list also includes Memoirs Of A Geisha 10,000 B.C. and Tom Cruise's The Last Samurai.

Yahoo Movies' new online poll found that scenes in10,000 B.C., featuring woolly mammoths in the desert (10,000 B.C.), Marcus Aurelius dying in a gladiatorial arena (Gladiator) and Mayan human sacrifices to Sun God Kulkulan (Apocalypto) are among the offending incorrect scenes.
