Heath Ledger found dead

Actor Heath Ledger was found dead in Manhattan, New York. The actor, who rose to the peak of his career with Brokeback Mountain, was found dead on the floor near his bed in the apartment that he rented in SoHo. The police have reported no absolutely specific reason why he was found dead but there was a bottle of prescription sleeping pills near the body. The police have not said anything as yet - whether or not he took them. More will be revealed after an autopsy will be conducted on the body.

The actor moved to the locality after his split with longtime girlfriend Michelle Williams. All the while he was rumoured to be with a new female friend and according to his landlord, he was not the party going type. He was found lying there when a masseuse came in for her 2:45 appointment and knocked on the bedroom door only to find him lying there dead.
