London
(ANI):
Despite
the
high
risk
of
infection
because
of
her
chemotherapy
treatment,
cancer-struck
Jade
Goody
has
had
her
beau's
name
tattooed
on
her
arm.
Doctors
have
warned
the
former
Big
Brother
Star
that
the
tattoo
could
lead
to
serious
infection,
because
chemotherapy
treatments
for
cervical
cancer
have
weakened
her
immune
system.
However,
the
27-year-old
was
spotted
with
'Jack'
tattooed
on
her
wrist
signifying
her
love
for
jailbird
boyfriend
Jack
Tweed.
Goody
was
seen
with
the
new
needle
job
outside
a
tattoo
shop
near
her
home
in
Upshire,
Essex,
yesterday.
"Most
oncologists
certainly
wouldn't
advise
it
while
a
patient
is
having
chemotherapy," the
Daily
Star
quoted
GP
Julian
Spinks,
as
saying.
"There's
two
problems
-
one
is
that
chemotherapy
lowers
the
immune
system
and
an
infection
can
become
far
more
serious
because
of
that.
"The
other
is
that
healing
will
take
a
lot
longer,"
Spinks
added.
