Jessica Simpson keeps mum on Pammie's remark

London (ANI): So how did Jessica Simpson get her revenge on Pamela Anderson after being called a "bitch and a whore" by the former Baywatch babe? Well, she did the one think she knew would drive Pammie nuts – she kept silent. Pammie blasted Jessica on a radio show after the singer wore a T-shirt that read 'Real girls eat meat'.

According to sources, the comments made Jessica see red, but her family was able to convince her that keeping mum was the best way she could retaliate against Anderson. "She was deeply hurt and upset at the comments. To say Jessica is mad about it is an understatement," The Sun quoted a source, as saying.

"She is disgusted at Pamela's remarks and fully intended to go after her, until her family made her see sense. Her folks told her NOT to make a big deal of it as that would only get Pamela the press she's so desperate for. So Jessica is keeping quiet as she's the one on the way up, while Pamela Anderson is on the way down."
