Washington (ANI): An alleged former bodyguard of Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan has dropped his lawsuit against the stunner. David Kim, security officer and bodyguard, claimed that the actress failed to pay him the more than 55,000 dollar that Lohan owed him for VIP services he offered to her.

The problem is Lohan claims she's never even met Kim, much less hired him for any services. However, according to TMZ.com, the lawsuit has now been dropped.

Kim filed a lawsuit on April 7 against Lohan and her company, Crossheart Productions, claiming fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and breach of oral contract, along with a long list of state labour violations.

Lohan and her camp have not commented on the suit.
