Rose McGowan to play Linda Lovelace in Inferno

Washington (ANI): American actress Rose McGowan is considering playing the role of 'Deep Throat' star Linda Susan Boreman, better known as Linda Lovelace, in the upcoming movie Inferno. McGowan, who starred in the TV show 'Charmed', is looking into joining the cast of the movie, which is being produced by Brian Grazer about the legendary actress, Fox News reports.

This is not the first time that a movie on the actress has been attempted, for Angelina Jolie and Meg Ryan have shown interest in the role in the past. 'Inferno' will not be a movie only about 'Deep Throat', but it will touch on the many ups and downs of Boreman's life, who had written two best-selling memoirs, 'Ordeal,' and 'Out of Bondage.'

The film will have first time writer-director Matthew Wilder directing from his own script. The cast for the movie will be Bill Pullman as Hugh Hefner and Josh Lucas as Boreman"s husband, Chuck Traynor, the one who got her into porn.
