Is older boy in picture Miley's new love?

Melbourne (ANI): Teen sensation Miley Cyrus, who caused a stir earlier this year after posing for a racy magazine shoot, is once again at the center of a controversy with the leaking of a photo that shows her in the dark with her reported 22-year-old boyfriend. The racy photo has reportedly been leaked off from Cyrus' MySpace account that features her with Marshall, who has been linked to the 'Hannah Montana" star as her new love interest.

However, it is unclear where the picture was taken or what the pair were doing at the time they posed for the camera. Meanwhile, the 15-year-old"s father Billy Ray Cyrus has claimed that didn't know Vanity Fair was going to 'strip down" his daughter for the controversial photo shoot. Billy Ray told the NBC Today show that he was surprised when he saw the photos from the shoot during his first live TV interview about the scandalous pictures taken by Annie Leibovitz.

"I didn't know they were going to strip her down and wrap her in a blanket. I was surprised when I saw it ... but, hey, that's life. Stuff happens," The Daily telegraph quoted him, as saying. Billy Ray said that he was not able to prevent the backless photo from being taken, because he simply wasn't there. "I didn't have any choice. I had a show to do, and an obligation, to go to Washington state ... playing for the troops just back from Iraq," he said.
