Helen Mirren becomes 'The Most Stylish Woman'

London (ANI): Dame Helen Mirren has been crowned with the title of 'The Most Stylish Woman' at an award ceremony. The 63-year-old actress, who attended the event dressed in a usually sombre outfit consisting of a long skirt and jacket, was honoured with the title at the Inspiration Awards for Women.The legendary actress has beaten Keira Knightley, Yasmin Le Bon and Agyness Deyn, who were all nominated for the title.

Despite being appreciated for her good looks at a mature age, Helen Mirren has said in interviews that she remains surprised by the attention. "I appreciate beauty, and I know I'm not beautiful, so I know it's not to do with that. I appreciate overt gorgeousness, sexiness Marilyn Monroe type of thing - and I know I'm not that, so I don't see it and I don't get it," the Telegraph quoted her, as saying.

June Sarpong, the television presenter, and Amanda Mealing, the actress at Cadogan Hall, in Chelsea, London were the hosts for the event, for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
