Nell McAndrew helps women keep fit

London (ANI): English glamour model Nell McAndrew has launched a computer game, which can help busy women keep fit. McAndrew's game, which is titled Body Fitness, will be out next month and contains workouts and diet tips for women. The 34-year-old's programme can be operated on mobile phones, and can be run alongside the calendar to chart progress and organise a monthly diet.

"Environmental factors and hectic lifestyles mean that some people haven't the time to assess how they could be leading a healthier life," The Sun quoted Nell, who is a former Lara Croft model, as saying. "You can have me in your pocket or bag, encouraging you to get fit and feel fantastic while on the go. There"s no excuse now," she added.
