Pamela dashes mum's bizarre lesbian hopes

Washington (ANI): Canadian born actress Pamela Anderson has dashed her mother's bizarre lesbian hopes by informing her that her sexual preference is strictly for men. The reason the actress' mom was hoping her daughter might be attracted to other women, was because she didn't agree with her tastes in men.

Anderson had written about a lesbian romp in her 2004 semi-autobiographical book, Star, but she insists that it was only in her imagination and that she has never had the kind of relationship. "It's really weird because I've never been with a girl. Writing about it was as far as it got," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

"Lately my mother said, 'I wish you were gay, considering your choice of men'," she added. Anderson, who now holds both Canadian and American citizenship, was married to rocker Tommy Lee for three years before the couple split in 1998. She then married and divorced rock/rapper Kid Rock and after him, she had her marriage to film producer Rick Salomon annulled earlier this year (08).
