Sympathy pours in for Swayze

Claire Sweeney, who appeared with Swayze in the UK production of 'Guys&Dolls' in 2006, said: "Patrick is a very close friend, a kind and generous man and a true professional. "I feel privileged to have worked with him and honoured to have him and his wife Lisa in my life as friends. "My thoughts are with them both at this difficult time and I hope with all my heart that he makes a full recovery," she added.
Whoopi Goldberg, who starred in 'Ghost' alongside Swayze, said: "We want you to feel better and we will talk soon, I hope." West End star Jennifer Ellison, who is a judge on 'Dirty Dancing: The Time Of Your Life,' a US reality show inspired by the 1987 smash-hit movie, said: "I send Patrick all my love and best wishes for a speedy recovery."
Britain's Next Top Model Presenter Lisa Snowdon, a huge fan of Swayze, said: "He's an icon and always seemed a nice guy off screen too." Model Nancy Sorrell is another big fan, she said: "I wish him well and hope he will able to dance again one day."
