Melbourne (ANI): Daniel Radcliffe has shot down rumours that Steven Spielberg is getting set to direct the final Harry Potter movie. Speaking on the red carpet at the BAFTA awards ceremony in London, the actor insisted that the reports of Spielberg helming the seventh movie were 'absolute rubbish'.

"It's absolute rubbish that Spielberg is directing the final film. It's not true. There's absolutely no foundation in that at all," quoted him, as saying. "I have no idea how that rumour started or where it came from. It's not true. How's that for a definitive answer?"

Later, speaking to British radio station Heat, the actor let on how filming for the sixth Potter flick 'Half-Blood Prince" was going on. "We're getting through it alright. I'm really enjoying it. We're about six months in and we've only got four more to go." The sixth Harry Potter movie is due for release in November.
