Allen's
flick
Whatever
Works
is
all
set
to
kick-start
the
Tribeca
film
festival.
The
flick
also
marks
Allen's
return
to
New
York,
where
he
has
shot
most
of
his
films
before
making
his
last
four
films
in
the
U.K.
and
Spain,
reports
Contactmusic.
The
Tribeca
festival
was
founded
by
Robert
De
Niro
and
Jane
Rosenthal
in
2002
following
the
9/11
attacks,
in
a
bid
to
boost
New
York
as
a
major
filmmaking
center
and
aid
in
the
recovery
of
lower
Manhattan
from
the
attacks.
“Whatever
Works" features
Larry
David
in
his
first
role
in
a
flick.
