James Cameron’s Avatar tops weekend box office

Washington (ANI): Director James Cameron"s Hollywood movie Avatar has topped the weekend box office after raking in 73 million dollars. According to studio estimates, The Princess and the Frog landed the second spot with 12.2 million dollars.

The Blind Side came third with 10 million dollars while Did You Hear About the Morgans? Stood fourth with 7 million dollars. The Twilight Saga: New Moon rounded off the top five with 4.4 million dollars, reports E! Online.
