Washington,
(ANI):
Actress/producer
Drew
Barrymore
is
so
frustrated
that
the
third
series
of
Charlie"s
Angels
is
not
taking
off
that
she
has
said
even
if
she
was
in
a
wheelchair
she
would
do
it.
The
first
two
Charlie"s
Angels
films
took
in
over
523
million
dollars
in
the
box
office
and
earlier
this
year
Barrymore,
34,
had
voiced
her
excitement
at
the
high
possibility
of
the
third
installment.
But
it
now
appears
that
the
famous
movie
will
take
some
time
in
getting
off
the
ground.
“We
would
all
be
there
in
wheelchairs
at
some
point
and
do
it
if
we
could," Fox
News
quoted
her
as
saying.
A
film
insider
revealed
that
the
reason
the
movie
has
not
been
given
the
green
light,
is
due
in
large
part
to
copyright
issues
since
Aaron
Spelling
(who
founded
the
franchise)
passed
away.
“There
are
all
sorts
of
complications,"
the
source
said.
“The
Angels
might
have
worn
out
their
welcome,
and
some
are
questioning
if
it"s
high-tech
enough
for
today"s
audiences,"
the
source
added.
