order
that
bans

contacting

wife
following

arrest
on
Christmas
Day
for
alleged
domestic
violence.
Police
had
collared
the

after

row
with
wife
Brooke
Mueller.

friend
of
the
couple
claims
they
were
having
a
boozy
dinner
at
a
friend"s
house
when
“things
got
out
of
hand".
Charlie
spent
about
10
hours
locked
up
on
Christmas
Day
after
being
arrested
on
suspicion
of
second-degree
assault,
menacing
and
criminal
mischief.
He
was
released
after
posting
5,300
pound
bail,
but
the
district
judge
had
issued
a
restraining
order
stopping
him
from
contacting
Brooke
unless
it
is
through
his
lawyer.
