Charlize Theron the new Catwoman?

London (ANI): South African actress Charlize Theron is all set to don the skin tight suit as she plays Catwoman in the upcoming Batman flick, it has emerged. The 34-year-old beauty beat high profile contenders including Megan Fox and Angelina Jolie to bag the coveted role.

The star, who won much critical acclaim and an Oscar for playing serial killer Aileen Wuornos in 2003 film Monster, was overjoyed on getting the news.

The Daily Express quoted her as saying: “That"s kick-ass news…. I think what has happened to that franchise is amazing. Chris Nolan is a genius. I would be an idiot to not consider that part."
