Child services aware of Charlie Sheen's case

Washington, (ANI): Child Services department in Colorado has taken note of Charlie Sheen''s domestic violence arrest. Pitkin County Department of Social Services is 'aware" of the alleged incident between the Two and a Half Men star and his wife Brooke Mueller. The department is now considering whether to pursue an investigation.

The couple have two 9-month-old children together – and Charlie has two young daughters from his relationship with Denise Richards. "When there is a domestic dispute and children are present in the home, we are always notified," TMZ quoted officials at the PCDSS as saying.

"If the family is vacationing in Pitkin County, and we feel that a thorough follow up is needed, we will contact the department where the family resides," the officials added. L.A. Child Services officials refused to comment on the situation.
