Denzel Washington is America's favourite actor

Washington (ANI): For the third year in a row, Denzel Washington has been named America's favourite movie star. The Training Day Oscar winner pipped Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood to grab the first position, reports Contactmusic.

Late John Wayne and Hitch star Will Smith tied in third place on The Harris Poll. Indiana Jones action hero Harrison Ford landed in the fifth position, while Julia Roberts, Tom Hanks and Johnny Depp also make the list at number six, seven and eight respectively. Changeling star Angelina Jolie and Morgan Freeman round out the top 10 list they're tied in ninth.
