Eric Dane's lawyer to sue for misusing sex tape

Eric Dane's lawyer has threatened to file a lawsuit for exploiting Eric threesome sex tape with his wife Rebecca Gayheart and former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche. He has claimed that the threesome sex video is ancient history and had better not be used for commercial purposes.

Recently, Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane's threesome sex tape with his wife Rebecca and former Playboy model surfaced the websites. Immediately after the incident on Monday evening, Eric Dane's attorney Marty Singer warned against the misuse of the sex tape by releasing a press statement.

He claimed that the 12-minute threesome sex video is ancient history and it should not be used for commercial purposes. He said, "This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public."

Marty Singer claimed that it is not a sex tape, but a nude tape done for personal use and strict action will be taken against misusing the the video tape. He said, "Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a 'sex tape.' It is a private tape made for only my clients' personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients' rights and will be exposed to significant liability."

What ever it may be a sex tape/a nude tape, but it has created lot of curiosity. Some are said to be even negotiating to buy the the tape with six figure advance money.

Will this be a publicity stunt?
