Freida Pinto planning to move to New York

Washington (ANI): Indian actress Freida Pinto is planning to move to New York because Big Apple "just feels like home." The star from Mumbai has admitted that she's beginning to feel homesick after a worldwide promotional tour of her breakthrough movie Slumdog Millionaire.

However, after spending time flying between the Big Apple and Los Angeles, the 24-year-old admits Manhattan has become a second home, where she can relax and gather her thoughts, reports Contactmusic.

She says, "There's something about New York. It's quite a lot like Mumbai in many ways, but it's (Mumbai) not as organised as this city and obviously not as cool as New York. Everyone keeps asking me why not L.A., but the thing is, I don't want to feel really homesick. New York just feels like home."
