Man taken into custody for Wolverine leak

London (ANI): A man who allegedly uploaded a leaked copy of X-Men Origins: Wolverine over the Internet just a month before its release has been taken into custody by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents in New York.

Chiefs of 20th Century Fox, the studio behind the Hugh Jackman starrer, were baffled when a full-length print of the movie appeared illegally on websites in March this year. The FBI took up the case and Bronx resident Gilberto Sanchez, 47, was arrested on Wednesday for unlawfully distributing a pirated copy of the film, reports the Daily Star.

Sanchez faces an imprisonment of up to three years in a federal prison and a 156,250pound fine if the charges against him are proved.
