Goody to produce her own funeral

Cancer may have claimed the life of British television celebrity Jade Goody but she will still be the producer of her funeral programme. Her publicist Max Clifford has said that the it will be a Jade Goody Production as she wanted a celebration of her life. Clifford said that Goody had initially decided to hand over the job to one of her bridesmaids but later planned to do everything under her own name.

Max Clifford added that most of the proceedings of the funeral had actually been planned by Goody in the last few days of her life. She wanted it to be a celebration much like her life where she lived and died like a celebrity. Max said she wanted it to be like her marriage but there will be lots of tears as everybody loved her.

The funeral service will be an open affair where the fans will get an opportunity to pay their respect to Goody. It will include a service at Goody's local church near her home in the village of Upshire. She will be buried in a traditional service at the St John the Baptist church in Essex.
