Goody's sons heading to Australia with dad

London (ANI): Jade Goody"s sons will reportedly escape their mum"s funeral and go on a three-week trip to Australia with their father. Bobby, five, and Freddie, four, who lost their mother to cervical cancer on March 22, will be allegedly heading for Down Under with TV host Jeff Brazier.

The little lads will purportedly see the Gold Coast in the eastern part of the country and will also visit a jungle as part of the 'boys bonding' journey. "To say the boys are excited is the understatement of the year," News of the World quoted a close pal of Jeff as saying.

"They keep saying, Daddy, when are we going, when can we see the kangaroos? Jeff knows how much they loved their mother but he feels they need to get right away from the media glare. You can't get much further away than Australia," the pal said.

The friend added: "Jeff realises there is an argument for the boys attending the funeral and staying here. But he thinks there is a much stronger argument for them to just get away from it and remember their mum as she was."

It was further alleged that by making the boys hop the funeral, Jeff may also be following Jade"s wish that she did not want her boys to have the last memory of their mother in a "box surrounded by people crying".
