Jennifer Love Hewitt to get engaged to her beau next year?

Washington (ANI): Jennifer Love Hewitt says she may get engaged to her beau Jamie Kennedy by this time next year. The Ghost Whisperer star, who parted ways with fiance Ross McCall last year, told US radio programme 104.7 FM's Johnjay and Rich Show: "A timeline? By this time next year, if we're not planning something, then there's a situation."

However, the actress also dismissed rumours that the couple are already engaged after they were spotted at a Las Vegas jewellers buying a small ring. "A rumour has come out that Jamie and I supposedly got engaged. He was like, ''No, no, no. That''s not true," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

"I was like, 'God, would that be the worst thing in the world?! Excuse me, but just for a second, there's a line of people who would probably be OK with that.' "
