Kate Winslet has perfected her losing Oscar face

Washington (ANI): She may be touted as the most deserving Oscar candidate this year, but Kate Winslet is so used to missing out on the Academy Awards that she has her "losing face" perfected. Last month, the actress became the sixth-time nominee for the Oscar in the Best Actress category for her role in The Reader.

And if she fails to win this time round as well, she'll join the list of the biggest losers in Academy Award history. Although Winslet has picked up prizes at the Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Awards, she's still not confident when it comes to the Oscar.

"I have this history of losing. I lose all the time so I've perfected this losing face. It's sort of calm," Contactmusic quoted the star as saying. She added: "I've always known in the past that I was indeed going to lose, which is maybe an English thing."
