Marilyn Monroe's rare photos released online

Washington (ANI): Unseen photos of movie icon Marilyn Monroe are being released online to mark the actress" 83rd birthday.

The shots, taken almost 60 years ago, were posted on website Life.com, reports Contactmusic. The pics were taken by Life magazine's long-time photographer Ed Clark in 1950.

The Hollywood legend died of acute barbiturate poisoning in 1962.
