Katie Price does a Britney with umbrella

London (ANI): Jordan a.k.a Katie Price appeared to do a Britney Spears as she lashed out at paparazzi with a bright red umbrella. The glamour girl, who has been making news since her bitter split with Peter Andre, allegedly lost her cool, accusing the snappers of being “perverts" as they clicked her pictures while she was out shopping in Brighton.

“Why don"t you all just get a real job and f*** off?" the Daily Star quoted her as saying. The mum-of-three"s reaction was said to be reminiscent of Britney"s fury who after shaving her hair in 2007 cracked and attacked a car with her umbrella. One snapper said: “She was crazed. She is normally so in control that it was really weird to see her doing something like that. She normally calls all the shots – but she"d obviously had a bad day and couldn"t take it any more."

He added: “We take pictures of Kate every day and have followed her for the last six months, since she split from Pete. She pretty much knows us all by now. “I know it must be pretty hard to have us there 24/7 but that is the life she chose. She lives her life by selling out to the media, so how can she suddenly turn like this? She went completely mental, she was utterly out of control."

A spokesman for the star laid the blame on the snappers, citing provocation. He said: “Kate understands the nature of her job and generally co-operates with the media. But yesterday she said they were being very intrusive and had over- stepped the mark."
