emerged.
Coogan
was
first
offered
the
film
about
the
comical
athlete's
Olympic
journey
in
2007,
reports

Now,
British
newspaper
the
Sunday
Mirror
has
reported
that
Grint
will
substitute
the
Night
At
the
Museum
star
in
the
movie
directed
by
Declan
Lowney.
Eddie
'The
Eagle'
Edwards
was
the
first
to
represent
Great
Britain
in
1988
Winter
Olympics
ski-jumping
competition.
Even
though
he
had
finished
last
in
the
event,
he
had
become
extremely
popular.
The
film
is
set
to
start
production
later
this
year.
