Melbourne (ANI): Aussie starlet Teresa Palmer and That 70's Show funny guy Topher Grace have parted ways, say sources. Split rumours started when the previously-inseparable star couple was seen less together on the party circuit, reports The Daily Telegraph.

Also rumors are abuzz that Grace is dating Katie Cassidy, the daughter of singer/actor David Cassidy. Dating reports initiated when the two were reported enjoying numerous dinner dates following their first meeting at a friend's Hollywood party in August, The National Enquirer said.

Teresa Palmer was dumped by Russell Brand last year.
