Twilight bosses sue mag over unauthorized pics

London (ANI): Summit Entertainment, the company behind the Twilight franchise, has filed a lawsuit against a magazine company for allegedly publishing unauthorized photos of the film"s stars. Executives at Beckett media have released two issues of Twilight, part of the Beckett Teen Sensations series, which features images of the movie's stars, including Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, reports the Daily Star.

Summit, the producers of the Stephenie Meyer novel-based film, claims in a lawsuit it filed at a U.S. federal court on Friday that Beckett is using the vampire romance movie's publicity photos for their magazine without permission.

It alleges it had previously sent Beckett a cease-and-desist letter in a bid to stop publication, TMZ reports. Summit is seeking for unspecified amount of damages.
