Brittany Murphy's mum to take over her estate

Washington (ANI): Brittany Murphy's mum Sharon will now take over her deceased daughter's estate, it has emerged. According to insiders, Brittany had written a holographic (handwritten) will years before she married, according to which her estate would be passed onto her mum in the event of the "Clueless" star's death. The will was kept in her manager's safe.

Brittany's hubby, Simon Monjack, said after they tied the knot Brittany had a formal will drafted, along with a trust. He added that all of her assets under the new will and trust go to Sharon. "I am married to Simon Monjack who I have intentionally left out of this will," TMZ.com quoted Simon, as reading the will.
