Carey Mulligan not part of My Fair Lady remake

London (ANI): Actress Carey Mulligan, who has won the Best Actress BAFTA Award for her role in An Education, has refuted rumours of starring in the remake of My Fair Lady. Earlier this year, Keira Knightley had withdrawn from the project.

"No (it's not true). I would love to, but I'm not signed on to that," the Daily Express quoted Mulligan as saying.

Also, Natalie Portman dismissed rumours of playing the part of Eliza Doolittle as "not true." Audrey Hepburn had made the character popular with her performance in the 1964 musical.
