Chace Crawford arrested for misdemeanour pot possession

New York (ANI): 'Gossip Girl' star Chace Crawford has been arrested for misdemeanour pot possession in his hometown of Plano, Texas. Cops revealed that Crawford, 24, was busted on June 4, and he quickly posted bail after he was arrested in a 2003 two-door Nissan in the parking lot outside Ringo's Pub, reports the New York Daily News.

According to TMZ.com, cops found a single unlit joint, and the arrest report revealed he was suspected of possessing less than two ounces of marijuana. A woman who answered the phone at Ringo's Pub said her staff did not see him in the bar before his arrest.
