Charlie Sheen to hire law firm that defended Kobe Bryant

Melbourne (ANI): American actor Charlie Sheen"s representatives have reportedly approached the law firm that successfully defended basketball star Kobe Bryant against a rape charge. According to TMZ, Haddon"s Denver-based firm, Haddon, Morgan & Foreman, has handled a number of high-profile cases, and Sheen"s team has reportedly been told he will take the case, reports the Daily Telegraph.

Pamela Mackey, a partner in Haddon"s firm, pummelled prosecutors in Bryant"s sexual assault case until they threw in the towel and the judge dismissed the charges in 2004. Sheen faces domestic violence charges after allegedly holding a knife to wife Brooke Mueller's throat.
