Claudia Schiffer gives birth to third child

London (ANI): Claudia Schiffer and her British film director husband Matthew Vaughn have become proud parents of a baby girl.

A spokeswoman for the couple said Schiffer gave birth on Friday at the Portland Hospital in central London. The German supermodel and Vaughn already have a son Caspar, seven, and a daughter Clementine, five, reports The Telegraph.

A statement from the couple said: ''Claudia Schiffer and Matthew Vaughn are proud to announce the birth of their baby daughter who was born on Friday May 14 in the early afternoon. Mother and baby are doing well.''

Schiffer and Vaughn married in 2002 near their home in Suffolk.
