Melbourne,
(ANI):
Actress
demi
moore"s
court
case
against
New
Idea
has
been
settled
in
the
Federal
Court
today
in
Melbourne.
Moore,
who
was
suing
New
Idea
for
publishing
unauthorised
photographs
of
her
at
an
alternative
Oscars
party
in
2008,
was
scheduled
to
give
evidence
before
the
court
tomorrow.
However,
her
travel
plans
have
been
put
on
hold
after
Justice

the
court
that
the
matter
had
settled
in
principle.
Justice
Middleton
said
the
parties
had
not
finalised

of

yet
but
it
is
expected
that
will
occur
today.
"From
the
media
interest,
there
appears
to
be
a
large
number
of
disappointed
fans,
but
there's
a
public
interest
in
the
efficient
resolution
of
disputes
so
I
congratulate
the
parties," the

him
as
saying.
Moore
says
she
owned
the

giving

to
publish
them.
