Johnny Depp saves Babybird frontman from being mugged

London (ANI): Hollywood actor Johnny Depp saved Babybird frontman Stephen Jones from being mugging. The Pirates of the Caribbean was recording with the 47-year-old singer in Los Angeles when Jones was approached by a robber outside the studio.

"This guy looked completely off his head. He had a broken bottle in his hand and he wanted some cash, but Johnny immediately stepped in," the Daily Star quoted a friend as saying. "He told the guy he needed to calm down. The mugger then looked at Johnny and said: ''I ain't stealing from Captain Jack, and put the bottle down," the friend added.
