London
(ANI):
Michael
Douglas" publicist
has
revealed
that
the
actor
will
complete
his
cancer
treatment
this
week.
The
Wall
Street
star"s
publicist
Allan
Burry
confirmed
to
Entertainment
Tonight
that
this
is
the
actor's
last
week
of
radiation
and
chemotherapy.
He
said
that
his
famous
client
plans
on
taking
at
least
six
weeks
to
recover,
reports
the
Daily
Express.
Doctors
are
said
to
be
pleased
with
how
Douglas
has
responded
and
no
further
treatments
have
been
scheduled.
Michael
Douglas,
who
is
suffering
from
throat
cancer,
apparently
believes
his
latest
film
'Money
Never
Sleeps'
will
be
his
last.
"This
is
a
man
in
the
middle
of
a
gigantic
fight.
And
he
wants
to
conserve
his
energy
and
resources," the
Sun
quoted
a
pal
as
saying.
If
he
beats
this
he
intends
to
focus
on
time
with
his
family."
Douglas,
66,
gives
himself
an
80
per
cent
chance
of
survival.
However,
a
Hollywood
source
said:
"He
looks
like
he
has
aged
ten
years
in
weeks."
