Enrique is an incredible person, says Kournikova

London (ANI): Tennis player and model Anna Kournikova has praised Spanish singer boyfriend Enrique Iglesias saying that he is a great individual. The Russian tennis ace is publicly dating the Spanish singer for almost nine years, since they met on the set for his music video 'Escape".

“He"s an incredible person. Very sweet, very kind, and he"s got a great sense of humour," Kournikova said. “We speak English. My Spanish is OK, not great. His Russian is pretty good. My grandmother, who splits her time between the States and Russia, has taught him a few things," she added.

“I think she and my boyfriend are in love with each other, actually. They communicate by just looking at each other and making hand signals because she doesn"t speak a word of English. It"s hilarious watching them. I"m basically the translator a lot of the time," the 29-year-old said, reports The Daily Telegraph.

“The more fans he has, the more proud and happy I am for him because he loves performing for his fans. At the end of the day, you have to trust the people you"re with - if there"s no trust then why be with them," Kournikova said referring boyfriend Enrique Iglesias.
