Mel Gibson dumps bodyguards for gun

Melbourne (ANI): Mad Max star Mel Gibson has revealed that he has let go of his bodyguards and will use a gun to protect his family. According to Showbizspy.com, Gibson, 54, who is living with his girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva and their two-month-old baby daughter Lucia, also said that he would not be able to do anything if his time is up.

“I did have bodyguards for a little while but it"s a drag," News.com.au quoted him as saying. “If your number"s up, it"s up. If I"m lying in bed and somebody comes into my room, I"ll either wake up or I won"t. And I"ll either hit 'em with my big stick that I"ve got or my gun that I have stowed away… or they"ll hit me," he added.
