Mel Gibson, Oksana signed Cohabitation Agreement?

Washington (ANI): A month before their January 6 blowout, Mel Gibson's ex Oksana Grigorieva signed an agreement with the actor, stating she would not make any claim on his money in the event they broke up, it has emerged. According to the 'Cohabitation Agreement', both Oksana and Mel acknowledged "...they have no right to the property of the other.... "

"Neither party has promised the other to assist in funding any support for each other or the other party's children from other relationships," reports TMZ.com The 22-page agreement was signed on December 8, 2009, a month before their January blowout.

However, Grigorieva has apparently demanding money from the Academy Award winner after their infamous argument happened. Daniel Horowitz, Grigorieva's said: "When she signed the agreement in December she had no idea Mel would be treating her like a punching bag in January. She gave up her career for a man who started beating her."
