Gibson plans to expose ex's alleged extortion plans

London, July 12 (ANI): American actor Mel Gibson is planning to expose his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva's extortion plans after she claimed that he beat her and threatened her with a gun.

The 'Braveheart' actor is presently at the centre of a police investigation in Los Angeles after Russian singer girlfriend Grigorieva reportedly obtained a restraining order against him.

Grigorieva, the mother of the 54-year-old actor's daughter Lucia, claimed that he punched her and knocked out a tooth during a heated argument in January 2010, reports The Daily Mail.

Gibson denied the allegations and is now planning to present evidence to the authorities that will prove that Grigorieva tried to extort money from him, and threatened to leak the heated phone recordings to the press if he didn't shell out cash, according to People.com sources.

In one part of the taped audio, released by RadarOnline.com, a voice resembling Gibson's can be heard storming about his girlfriend's alleged breast implants, telling her that she looks 'ridiculous' and orders her to 'get rid of them'. (ANI)
