After their relationship ended, the Legally Blonde actress was seen with a new boyfriend, talent agent Jim Toth, reports the Daily Express.

Meanwhile, Brokeback Mountain star Gyllenhaal was spotted with Lucas in Montreal Canada, according to MTV.com. Gyllenhaal is currently shooting for his new movie Source Code.
