Heidi Montag tries to keep her implants soft

Washington, (ANI): Heidi Montag took to Twitter to tell fans about her daily routine for keeping her infamous breast implants soft. The former reality star spent Tuesday morning getting reacquainted with her breast implants, which she famously had redone when she went under the knife in November 2009.

"Giving my self a soft tissue breast massage," Usmagazine.com quoted her as tweeting. "Ladies, we have to keep those implants soft," she wrote.

Hours earlier, the Hills veteran warned fans about pain caused by yet another one of her 12 cosmetic procedures."Warning: to anyone who is thinking about getting their ears pinned, I learned after the fact it is the most painful surgery a person can get," she wrote.

Montag admits that she's still worried about doing anything that might interfere with her cosmetic enhancements. "I had a nightmare that I slept without my nose tape on.

"Thank God it wasn't true!" she tweeted last week.
