Johnny Depp on losing the Sexiest Man tag

The Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp, who has just lost his 'Sexiest Man Alive" tag to 'Just Friends' star Ryan Reynolds, says jokingly that he is feeling 'powerless". He adds that it feels like being beaten down terribly and like a pathetic harp seal.

'People' magazine termed Johny to be the 'Sexiest Man Alive" in 2009 and he ruled the title for a year. But such a title is given only to be taken away in the following year if you fail to maintain that charm.

However, the 47-year-old has many more things to look forward in the coming year. His film 'The Tourist' opposite the sexy Hollywood heroine Angelina Jolie will hit the theaters this week and he has also completed the shooting for next 'Pirates of the Caribbean' movie. So, the actor says that he can just look forward to get back the title by next year by working towards it. In a funny spirit, Depp says that he worked so hard to get the title so he feels so bad loosing it.

Well, we don"t think Johny needs any recognition by anyone to be called sexy! His works and Jack Sparrow act will soon take him to the top position once again.
