Kristen Stewart offered stripper job

London (ANI): Twilight star Kristen Stewart has revealed that she was offered a job as a stripper while she was trying to get accustomed to her role in a new movie. The 20-year-old star made a trip to a strip club accompanied by the director Jake Scott of her latest film Welcome to the Riley's.

Stewart, who plays a 16-year-old stripper in the film and practised for hours to perfect the art of dancing around a metal pole, said when she visited a real life club for research the owners offered her a job without realising she was a Hollywood star.

“I went to a strip club with the director and the costume designer and it being an odd grouping of people going into a strip club in the middle of the afternoon, I was, like, straight-up offered a job," the Daily Mail quoted her as saying.

Stewart, who is dating Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson, said she was left covered in bruises while rehearsing for her role. “I pole-danced for two weeks. I had bruises all over my legs… it hurts," she added.

Kristen plays a prostitute and underage stripper alongside James Gandolfini in the movie.
