LiLo's lawyer 'can't quit the case', says Judge

New York, July 12 (ANI): Lindsay Lohan's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley has been ordered by Judge Marsha Revel that she cannot leave the case without representation.

Holley quit the case following Tuesday's hearing where Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

"The judge told Holley she can't quit and leave Lindsay without representation. She has to stay on the case until Lindsay has a substitution of attorney filed with the court," the New York Post quoted a source as saying.

The source added Holley was frustrated with Lohan because "she won't take or follow advice. She is not returning calls, and so they haven't been able to set up meetings with her and a psychologist for her court-ordered psychiatric evaluation."

So until Lohan starts complying with Holley, or finds a new lawyer in the next few days, her chances of appealing her sentence look thin.

However, a rep for Holley declined to comment on this issue. (ANI)
