Washington,
(ANI):
Lindsay
Lohan
might
serve
full
90
days
in
jail,
thanks
to
a
special
program,
which
inmates
get
when
they
are
addicted.
L.A.
County
has
a
program
for
inmates
with
drug
and
alcohol
problems,
called
as
the
'Impact
Program
-
the
brainchild
of
Mothers
Against
Drunk
Driving",
which
combines
jail
with
rehab,
reports
TMZ.
According
to
L.A.
County
Sheriff's
Department
Spokesperson
Steve
Whitmore,
the
inmates
go
to
jail,
where
they
attend
an
intense
12-step
program
for
five
hours
a
day,
seven
days
a
week.
This
program
takes
approximately
90
days
to
complete.
Judge
Revel
has
not
ordered
Lindsay
to
attend
the
Impact
Program,
but
if
the
psychiatrists,
who
are
evaluating
Lohan,
believe
it
is
important
to
integrate
jail
with
rehab,
the
judge
could
modify
her
order.
And
if
the
judge
orders
Lohan
to
the
program,
she
would
almost
certainly
have
to
serve
the
full
90
days
behind
bars
to
complete
her
12-step.
Meanwhile,
The
waitress,
who
punched
Lindsay
Lohan
during
her
birthday
bash
in
a
restaurant,
thinks
that
the
actress
should
not
go
to
jail
for
her
probation
violation.
Jasmine
Waltz
ended
up
getting
fired
from
Voyeur
after
her
run-in
with
the
'Mean
Girls" star.
"I
think
jail
is
not
gonna
be
fun
for
anybody.
That
kinda
sucks," TMZ
quoted
Waltz
as
saying.
When
Waltz
was
asked
about
what
it
was
like
to
punch
Lohan,
she
responded:
"Sometimes
you
have
to
do
what
you
have
to
do."
