Lindsay Lohan shed tears inside the jail

New York, (ANI): Lindsay Lohan's area of the jail is reportedly predominantly populated by women doing time for murder.

According to TMZ.com, the Mean Girls star, however, got bit of a relief when her mother Dina and sister Ali visited her in the Lynwood Correctional Facility.

"Tears were shed," the New York Daily News quoted a source as telling RadarOnline.com. "The visit was very emotional, but Lindsay's spirits were lifted when she saw her mom and sister. Dina seemed relieved to see Lindsay and that she was staying strong," the source added.
